Answer: To the best of my knowledge it is not safe and good
using your phone register, please use PC that has power backup (ups), i prefer
laptop with a sound battery and fast internet modern, again you can hardly
reprint you exam photocard once you fail to print it out the first time.

Answer: Last year 2011, sales of the form, I think lasted
for 2 weeks,

What is the safest time to purchase the post utme form, when it is finally out?
Answer: The safest/best time to purchase it, is a day after which
the form is out. Avoid waiting, till the very last minute before
purchasing the form. Every year, many a candidate had fallen victim of
not being unable to purchase the form at die minute, not that they do
not have the money, but because they waited till the very last moment,
forgotten that bank close their services at about 4:00pm.
Furthermore, network during that time is
usually slow or inaccessible due to too much internet traffic ,so count yourself lucky
knowing this rare information at hand and please tell other you know. I
will advise you to start preparing now "I do not have time/chance, will
make you spend more days trying to buy the form at the die minute"
