Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro, forms part of a cohesive polytechnic community within the growing agro-commercial town of Ozoro. Located in the Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State, it is approximately 95 kilometers to Warri in the west, and about 115 kilometers to Asaba, the capital of Delta State.

POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE FOR ADMISSION TO THE DELTA STATE POLYTECHNIC, OZORO FOR THE 2012/2013 SESSION

This is to inform all interested candidates that the Post-UTME Screening Exercise for admissions into various programmes of the Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro has been scheduled to hold on Friday, 27th and Saturday, 28th July, 2012.

1.  Eligibility for Participation
(i) All candidates who chose the Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro as first and/or second choice and scored 160 and above in the UTME for the 2012/2013 Admission Exercise are eligible to participate in the screening exercise.

(ii)  Those who did not choose the Polytechnic but wish to be considered for admissions to the Polytechnic and scored the afore-mentioned cut off mark are also eligible to take part in the screening exercise.

2. Grouping
The grouping of courses, days and time for the screening exercise are as indicated below:

3. Instructions for purchase and completion of Post-UTME Application Forms online

(i) Screening Fee
The Screening Fee for all candidates is N2,000.00 (two thousand naira) only.  All Interested candidates should pay the Screening Fee in favour of Delta State Polytechnic Ozoro, in any branch of Mainstreet Bank Plc nationwide or First Bank of Nigeria Plc, Ozoro branch only, Unity Bank, Ozoro branch only and I.C. Global - Microfinance Bank, Ozoro branch only. Purchase Scratch Card from same bank.

(ii) Log on to www.dspzportal.org and click online application; then, click ND
(iii) Create a user name, enter your full name and put in your scratch card Pin Code in the fields provided and apply.  Your form must be completed ONLINE
(iv)  If you are successful at the Post-UTME screening, you will be required to submit the following documents to the Admission Office:

i.  Five (5) recent passport photographs.
ii. Two (2) photocopies of:

· Examination result listed in the Application Form
· Certificate of Local Government of Origin
· Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
· Teller for the purchase of Post-UTME Application Form
· Two copies of your on-line Application form

The closing date for all application is Thursday, 26th July, 2012.
Note: Date of Screening Exercise: Friday and Saturday, July 27th and 28th, 2012

Note Also:
GSM phones and calculators are not allowed
Candidates who make false declarations of UTME scores and Ordinary Level grades shall not be considered for admission.


4. Materials Required for the Screening Exercise
(i)  Original and one photocopy of Acknowledgement Card
(ii)  Original of Payment Receipt
(iii) Four Figure Table, where applicable
(iv) Writing materials (HB pencil and eraser)

Answer: Universities:- Uniben, Ndu, UI, Unijos, Fupre, Illorin.

Answer: no it is not, it is a scratch card, a sample of it is show below

How long does it take if you are to purchase the scratch card for me.
Answer: maximum of 6-hours, it also depend on the time you call me. if i receive your payment, let say 9:00am, latest 2:30pm i have the scratch card pin already.

Can i use my phone to register for the post utme?
Answer: To the best of my knowledge it is not safe and good using your phone to do online registration. so i will say no to it and do not try it.

Questions.5
What is the safest time to purchase the post utme form?
Answer: The safest/best time to purchase it, is a day after which the form is out. Avoid waiting, till the very last minute before purchasing the form. Every year, many a candidate had fallen victim of not being unable to purchase the form at die minute, not that they do not have the money, but because they waited till the very last moment, forgotten that bank close their services at about 4:00pm.
Furthermore, network during that time is usually slow or  inaccessible due to too much internet traffic and just to generate a form might take up to hours. so count yourself  lucky knowing this rare information at hand and please tell other you know. I will advise you to start preparing now "I do not have time/chance, will make you spend more days trying to buy the form at the die minute"

By okada. tell the man you are going to estate, that he should stop you at front of idama Hotel, fee is N150-N170

Just use okada, ask him to stop you at front of Idama Hotel fee is N70
