Answer: To the best of my knowledge it is not safe and good using your phone to do online registration. so i will say no to it and do not try it.

What is the safest time to purchase the post utme form?
Answer: The safest/best time to purchase it, is a day after which the form is out. Avoid waiting, till the very last minute before purchasing the form. Every year, many a candidate had fallen victim of not being unable to purchase the form at die minute, not that they do not have the money, but because they waited till the very last moment, forgotten that bank close their services at about 4:00pm.
Furthermore, network during that time is usually slow or  inaccessible due to too much internet traffic and just to generate a form might take up to hours. so count yourself  lucky knowing this rare information at hand and please tell other you know. This is to inform all candidates, who have chosen Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi as the most preferred, more preferred or preferred Polytechnic for the 2011/2012 admissions, that the POST UTME screening exercise will hold from 4^th to 6^th August, 2011 in Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi
ELIGIBILITY
Only candidates who scored 180 and above in the Year 2011 UTME are eligible to participate in the screening exercise.

PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION
(i) Candidates are to pay One thousand Naira (N1,000) only for Administrative charges to any of the following banks:

(i) Original and photocopies of SSCE/WAEC/NECO/NABTEB result etc.

(iii) Original and photocopies of year 2012 UTME result slip
(iv) Bank Teller (Evidence of payment of administrative charges)
Candidates are to report at the designated venues on the scheduled dates for the screening exercise at 7.00 a.m. on each day.
